The Midea HM0293A works two ways: lift the motor unit off and it is a hand mixer, drop it back onto the stand and it drives a 2-litre stainless steel rotating bowl hands-free. A 400 W motor with five speeds and a turbo burst covers mixing, whipping, whisking and light dough kneading.

It is supplied with two beaters, two dough hooks and a whisk, so the same machine handles cake batter, whipped cream, beaten eggs and bread or pastry dough. The attachments detach for washing and the handle is shaped for comfortable extended use.
