The TCL TAC-18CSD/FCI is the 2.0 HP model in the TCL FreshIN 3.0 series, a cooling-only inverter split running on R32 refrigerant and finished in Silver Galaxy with a lunar display panel. Its patented liftable fresh air inlet pulls outdoor air in through the top panel, ventilating the room rather than simply recirculating the same indoor air.

Fresh air is temperature-stabilised to within ±0.3°C before it reaches you, and passes through the QuadruPuri four-layer filtration set. A TVOC sensor gives a real-time read on indoor air quality, and TCL's T-AI energy-saving control trims compressor frequency using measured temperature data. TCL rates the series for stable cooling at ambient temperatures up to 66°C.
