The TCL TAC-12CSD/FCI is a 1.5 HP cooling-only inverter split from the TCL FreshIN 3.0 series, finished in Silver Galaxy with a lunar display panel. Unlike a conventional split that only recirculates the air already in the room, it uses TCL's patented liftable fresh air inlet to draw outdoor air in through the top panel, so the room is ventilated as well as cooled. It runs on R32 refrigerant.

Incoming fresh air is temperature-stabilised to within ±0.3°C so you do not feel a warm draught, and it passes through the QuadruPuri four-layer filter set. A built-in TVOC sensor reports indoor air quality in real time, and the unit can run in an independent fresh air mode quoted by TCL at as little as 16 dB.
