A Samsung packaged floor standing air conditioner in the 48,000 BTU class, supplied as the AC048TNPPEH indoor cabinet with the AC048TXQREH outdoor unit. It is built for spaces a wall split simply cannot hold: banking halls, showrooms, restaurants, conference rooms, lecture halls and churches. Long Wind throws conditioned air up to 20 metres, and a 4-way auto swing spreads it corner to corner instead of chilling only the area directly in front of the unit.

The system uses a Twin BLDC rotary inverter compressor, which varies its speed to hold the set temperature rather than cycling at full power, and runs on R-410A refrigerant with a 2.9 kg factory charge. Controls sit behind a hidden display with touch operation, so the cabinet stays clean-looking in a public-facing room, and the auto shutter opens the vent flaps on start-up and closes them on shut-down to keep dust out.
